January 1, 2014 - Uneasy allies, to say the least.
Not a bad idea.
Bringing back the identity of Rand Banion - even if he's just the ghost initially, and then the sentience of the armor - kind of. And confronting with the so-called beat cop - decent. At least it resolved itself quickly, but perhaps the whole story could have been resolved a bit more complicated. And bringing Harada back? Well THAT was a no-brainer. In fact, I was wondering why it hadn't been done before. But the problem was with the comic that it sort of - well - more than sort of - really abandoned much of the end of the story - and made Tish - again - into some crazed person. And really had her attack onto the memory of Rand much more than she did - even when he died. Stay true - instead of re-writing everything.
The unicorn really was a dumb alias.
And sadly, someone at this time thought it was a great idea to keep trotting out the old guy to fight against Iron Man whenever we could. It's nice to see the Red Ghost here - but unless Unicorn really jumps in in some way - he's sort of a wasted part of the story, really. Now, don't get me started on the lovely apes here. They are a little MORE than ridiculous - most certainly. And glad to see they sort of run off - but really? The guy needs ape henchmen? And am I the only guy who hates Sitwell? He's like some Jimmy Olsen pal wannabe - except with some kind of attack inside of the nerdy exterior. Not my favorite comic ever.
