I shied away from the comic for a few days - and just got around to reading it today. While it had much if the stuff I normally look for in a comic... The character development, slow interactions, and avoidance of just stuff blowing up, it left me a bit dry. I didn't hate it by any means. I liked it. In fact, I think that the comic has been putting a serious effort lately into making itself much more of a deep comic, I didn't like this one as much as I liked the last one. Now remember, I was one of the few people in the world that really liked that one. But it does really round itself out here. One of the most interesting parts of the comic was the venturing out into the world beyond, and Aric's reluctance to embrace the world around him - and the changing set of leadership. Of course, Aric's isolation from the world will drive many from him. Not certain about the last frame or two - if it's a deliberate trap, or just some crazy Fox show, but...
