At least it's kind of trying. And by trying, I mean not truly trying very hard. A marathon of some of these issues is not at all recommended. It may cause permanent brain damage. I can't believe this stuff was still coming out - or that someone was letting it. It brings back a few characters that were pretty bad when they first debuted months ago, and now the story is infinitely more terrible. X-O saving from a subway? Okay. Fighting some crew cut with muscles like andro-poppers? This gets really bad. And look out, the end brings back all of those villains - TOGETHER - for one great smack down of the ages. Uck.
Back to the core.
Bring back the old stuff. You KNOW I hate the Mole Man. And watching a few buildings fall into the earth and Tony going on experimenting isn't exactly my cup of tea. Then three spy-gangster types jump in to try and beat Tony with a chair - that's crossing over the line a bit. Not in a good way, either. At least he knows it's a silly battle- but it's in here, though. PLEASE get back again. The Captain America story - versus the Planner... Sigh... A bad creation of a villain. Not a bad idea - to put together an assault on him based around things that you'd seen - and even disguising yourself as Captain America was a decent idea. But his henchmen? They look like a reject from the Hatrocks Flintstones episode.
