I am prepared to say this - with somewhat embarrassment. This is kinda good. For real. The art is pretty solid. The story is rather excellent. It has the right mix of serious action and total chaos. It's a fun little comic. These GIANT sharks as enemies aren't your traditional superhero comic, but it is a fun, really serious look at a story. And the cover is freaking awesome. The Armorines are underwater on some mission for a nuclear sub - really crazy - and the team is sent down with some real chum - but it is fun. And one man is captured to some underwater set of dead people . Fun.
Faith and Bejabbers?
The Iron Man story confronts Happy's leaving to return to Ireland. Tony follows him there, where he is confronted through his nightmares of enemies from the past - to fight at full tilt. They are silly fighters - and the concept even of fighting enemies while sleeping, or happening to doze off is certainly strange. Not a big fan of the issue, but it's okay. Cap is starting to feel just like what I would imagine is a golden age comic. It's patriotic, littered with Nazis, and has that unrivaled purity and staunchness of attitude. It's a fun story - and contains that wonderful to be continued next issue feeling.
