Well, it's something. It's really a shame that Colin in this world seems to be so lost. And especially with the Valiant Voyeur showing the two were together - and I know that this comic was really cancelled before the stuff came... This just gets too cartoony too fast. I haven't hated everything in the past in this comic... But this one gets much worse pretty quickly. Bleah. The love triangle at least has loosened its grip on the comic. And that might be worse, too. I think I would actually be a little interested in Town fighting him over the affections of the girl. Finally he shows some interest in getting the girl at the comic store involved at the end, though. Otherwise, no thanks.
When they attack.
It seems like the writers have a striking inability to really tell much of anything within the pages of the story that are really worthy of filling the entirety of a larger issue. Larger panels, repetitive story... All of them ring to me of get this back to a shorter comic. "Let's try a village. They hate me. How about a different village? They hate me..." Now, we reminisce about the girl. Now... Let's try to leave again. THEN the story starts. And it's a bad FF recycle type of story. And Stan even announces that these villains will return? Wow. Of course, everyone hates the Silver Surfer for fighting them, like they hate him for everything. The Watcher story is worthwhile just to see the Krill beauty. Wow. Like a bad Twilight Zone episode. Wow.
Hulk vs. Rai
Hulk in decline (at best) is crushed by the start to my fave comic. Handily.
