Of curse... COURSE X-O armor will transfer over to Wylie. It makes for a far more interesting story - and the telling of such a reluctant hero. One who did NOT want any part of the armor - and it certainly went FAR into Rand to bond with him... It made it into the ONLY alternative for the two to bond - and fight against the terrorists. The comic is told at a good pace. I think I liked the last issue better - but this one isn't bad yet. I'm worried about falling into a few cliches that were written - but the last few frames - drawing the line between the soldier and the man - but also trying to establish the control between the two sides. We will see.
The Fantastic TWO?
So Reed and Sue take an extended vacation for - ALMOST half of the comic. Until Silver Surfer decides to go CRAZY! Of course, Watcher has a solemn oath to not interfere - only watch. Unless of course, he wishes to intercede on behalf of a plot device. Again it's an attempt to see if a story just about Silver Surfer could really fly.
Ugh.
But it isn't terrible. He just needs to be about much more than just 'love' to be of any interest to anyone. The guy is cool looking, but at this much of just some smiling guy, it's not much use.
