The story ended much better than it began, and that's what we're all interested in, right? I liked the exploration of Turok's real problems with 'love,' and his pursuit against his own people - along with a few quick facts thrown in, too. It has the feel of the old stories. Even if it changes back and forth between Andy and Andar - and even if it never really closes that gap - the stance and the agreement between the two men at the end - brilliant. I loved to see both the native perspective on the horse, as well as the jilted man's response, as well. It brought the two ends together well.
Not a bad premise
But most of the way, I can see the train coming. It seems decent - but as soon as Reed ended up in the Negative Zone, and the Inhumans were around, I knew that the old Lockjaw was going to have SOMEthing to do with it, right? But bringing Gorgon in was a bit of a surprise. He's a decent one - and for whatever reason, I don't have much association with him yet. I did like the comparison between space and the water. Reed is saved - though he please to keep everyone else away. Has there ever been such a hero? The end is sappy - especially the Crystal loving all of the mushy talk between Reed and Sue. But bringing Blastaar back from the negative zone - even though it was corny - does put a lot into connecting the books from issue to issue.
