I had no real idea where this issue would wander to keep itself floating, and not skip out on the development into last issue. But this story - filling inside the past on the Armor Hunters - and really poking some serious fun into the characters, as well - was important to the history, and its growth of the story, too, It didn't feel forced, at all. I kept thinking of the novel I am currently reading, titled "Of Dice and Men," that traces the line and history of Dungeons and Dragons - reminding us that almost every story starts in a tavern. It really was blending along the two independent genres - science fiction and the fantastic. For whatever reason, my attention hasn't been surrounding the X-O story in this new line, but this one has set a beautiful pace - and nice characters to build this scope over. I am excited.
