This one is a fun one, too. Bloodshot is off on an adventure in the former Soviet Union, trying to accord some peace with insanities in the compromised government status. One thing I really like about Bloodshot in these comics is his ability to be not just a great warrior-assassin-fighter-marksman. He also uses his nanites in his blood to do the things you'd expect a guy with nanites in his blood to do. The realization of the electrical current field, and his ability to put that attack out of commission was pretty cool. The thing I don't like almost more than a cover that DOESN'T happen in an issue is the comic that shows the last frame on the cover. Yuck.
Well, THAT sucked.
The first story of Giant-Man leads with the line, "This may not be the best story you've ever read..." Absolutely true. This bit. The story of Supremo and Loko vs. Giant-Man. The team of Wasp and Giant-Man takes on the villain who has a strange green light that will myteriuosly take scientific knowledge away, and steal powers of shrinking. Oh, boy. The Hulk story is noteworthy for Ditko handing over the reins to Kirby at the end of the comic. Otherwise, it's HULK SMASH, turn back, Banner in those same purple pants, and no one is the wiser.
