Hooray for socialism! Except. Wait... SOCIALISM IS CRAZY! Boy, this comic feels so immensely cheesy and stupid. Especially when I contrast it against how this character was interpreted in the pages of Bloodshot - this one just felt so terribly absent on the character and reality. It felt like a comic book. That ain't a compliment at all. The character villain - that gold strange alien thing in such a bad voice... Did it HAVE to keep repeating the whole unity thing over and over - and wrapping itself inside of such insane blathering? I felt bad for whomever had to design the speech bubbles and crazed lettering that just KEPT saying NOTHING. Read Bloodshot again instead. It's WAY better.
Wow. Missing the old stuff.
It's sad when I am really missing the old Tales stuff, right? I keep mentioning that, don't I? This month seems a little better than last month. It has made some progress - maybe because Hulk is in this one. But until the end - it seems frightfully implausible to bring Hulk around inside of this container - doesn't it? But the fighting and art just don't seem as great as they were - just last month, even. It's terrible that I am judging on this - but when the focal part of the comic is the fighting - and it just isn't really great - that's frustrating to read - and painful to slugde along in.
