A great picture of the descent into madness of the man. And the frame of the white set-up. WOW... That was a great panel. Page. Rip. The story, though, seems to be following a too-familiar path. Although I loved the physical look of the comic - it seems to be a nasty trek downward that I can't keep track of anymore. It's starting to lose my interest, really. It's getting so repetitive - and following along a path. I want to see some advancement - and the changes coming forward - the conflict of the X-O - promising NO cliche endings - it's keeping forward. I will keep reading - but if I was then - it would have moved to the back of my pile, certainly,
A mess of things.
Hulk fights Umbu the Unliving. Perhaps that is all the critique I would ever need to write. What a pile of massive garbage. At least it was a quick read. Ka-Zar still lingers around, and that is sad that I am really looking forward to the sections when he's fighting against some of the sections and villains in the book. Hulk's vocabulary is scant - and even the fights are underwhelming. It's Umbu for crying out loud. I have no earthly idea how anyone could have survived any part of this flaming piece of junk. This book is nearly as bad as its first few issues.
Hulk?
Hulk in decline (at best) is crushed by the strong writing of Bloodshot.
