This was a great story. We see a few other sides of characters developing. I've always heard that so many books were never able to round out characters and motivations in TV or movies - especially sideline characters. Comics don't fall into that group or trap. This one is outstanding. A Malev gains free will, and its reaction, as slightly different from both Earth free will robots and slightly parallel to a parent with the child is great. I liked how all saw it as the now turning point in the war - and how the uneasy alliances shifted. It is a great story - perhaps best yet of the Malev War.
Versus a rich guy
This one has saps written all over it. Sadly painful to read. A rich guy - with TONS of wealth. He tricks the FF by writing something on a wall behind a chair. Go to battle by reading something nasty written about a brother on the wall. Seriously? This issue really has terrible written throughout it. Even with the little boy calling out for his father, running away, and then being trapped into springing a punishment - a time machine - that flings he and Thing back into the exact same time. Ugh.
