I'm not certain if it was good or bad that this comic lost its way, but I did really enjoy almost the entirety of it. Gill's art was a little lower than my expectations, but it did tend to fit the story. The story, however, was pretty good. If different from most of the established mess in the comic world - and it never really made itself fully around to the new Rai world - at least yet. But the comic was terrifyingly fulfilling. Subtle changes in the dialogue led to a few interesting moves - but I especially loved how Gilad tested the cure on the other man before passing it along to his own granddaughter. Very good.
