A lot of rather interesting stuff comes into this issue. Of course, Harada wants to control SOLAR, too. The foundation attempts to subdue SOLAR - a pipe dream, certainly - even if the Eggbreakers don't believe it. SOLAR gets to Harada almost immediately afterward. The best part about it comes shortly after. Harada can't see into SOLAR's mind. Completely at least. Harada gives Phil some advice. Pointed, but he sees into SOLAR's relationship with Gayle. Cool parts of the book are when we see the Man of the Atom and Destroyer connection. Great idea to show the connection and disconnect at the same time.
Clearly, Spider-Man is amazing.
Yet another awesome villain introduced this issue. Kraven becomes a much darker figure as the years go by, but nearly all of him is intact here, down to the crazy lion's head. Spider-Man was it from the start. This issue also gives us a suggested peek (peak ? ;)) at the future Mrs. Parker, Mary Jane Watson. She will haunt the pages without ever appearing in them for years. I like the book a lot - and it even manages to bring back the Chameleon - a decent villain - in a much better role in this book. In clear Spider-Man fashion, the book revels in mundane problems, and super-hero ones, too.
